How and when am I charged?+
You are charged with each delivery, with the discount already applied: 15% if you receive it every 2 weeks, or 10% if you receive it monthly. There are no sign-up fees.
Can I pause, skip a delivery or cancel?+
Yes. You can pause, skip or cancel from your account, or write to us and we'll do it for you. There's no minimum commitment.
Can I switch coffees or grinds?+
Of course. If you'd like to switch from Carnival Roast to Medium Roast, or from ground to whole bean, write to us and we'll adjust your next delivery.
When does my first delivery arrive?+
Your coffee is roasted by the farmer who grows it when the order comes in, and it’s ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days. The next ones arrive at the frequency you chose.
Is there a shipping cost?+
Orders over $60 ship free. Otherwise, the rate is calculated at checkout based on your address.
