Ask us anything.

What people ask us most at markets, on Instagram and around the table.

Three coffee grinds with a French press, a pour-over filter and a moka pot (greca)

Coarse for French press · medium for pour-over · fine for the moka pot.

When is my coffee roasted?+

When your order comes in. The same farmer who grows it roasts it in small batches, and it’s ready to ship in 3 to 5 days, so it arrives fresh and full of aroma.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?+

Across the United States and worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over $60; otherwise the rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Ground or whole bean?+

Ground is ready for the moka pot, French press or pour-over. If you have a grinder, whole bean keeps its aroma longer.

How does the subscription work?+

Choose your coffee and how often: every 2 weeks (save 15%) or every month (save 10%). Pause, change or cancel anytime.

What if my order arrives damaged?+

If your coffee arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, write to us within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Where can I find it in Puerto Rico?+

At Cosechao (Guaynabo), The Coffee Spot (Aguadilla) and El Coquí Típico (Aguadilla).
